Three systems, three industries, one pattern.

Every one of these replaced a stack of spreadsheets, a shared inbox, and a lot of phone calls. Each case study below opens a working demo you can click through, with a walkthrough that explains every step on screen.

About these demos. They are real builds of the real interfaces, running entirely in your browser with invented data. Two of our three clients asked not to be named publicly, so those case studies describe the business rather than the brand. Every customer, order, policy, and dollar figure you will see is fictional — click anything you like; nothing charges a card, dispatches a technician, or sends an email.

Wholesale supply, online — and shipped straight from the supplier

The problem. Contractor orders arrived by phone, fax, and text. Someone at the counter retyped them into the accounting package, then emailed the supplier to drop-ship. Every hand-off was a chance to get a fitting size wrong.

What we built. A B2B storefront with real account behaviour: a catalog with live availability, a cart that knows the buyer is a company rather than a consumer, PO-number checkout, and an order pipeline that routes each line to the right warehouse or supplier and reports status back to the buyer.

Where it landed. Orders enter the system once, typed by the person who actually wants the part. The counter went from taking dictation to handling exceptions.

From a whiteboard of jobs to a dispatch system that closes the loop

The problem. A service plumbing contractor running the schedule on a whiteboard and the money in a spreadsheet. Quotes were text messages. Invoices were remembered — or not. Customers called the office to ask when the technician was coming.

What we built. One record that follows the work from request to payment: intake and quoting, an approval that automatically schedules a technician and opens the invoice, a dispatch board by day, an invoice ledger with ageing, a technician roster with skills and certifications, and a customer portal so the office stops being a call centre.

Where it landed. Nothing falls between the quote and the invoice any more, because they are the same record at different stages.

An insurance brokerage · name withheld

A book of business that knows when a renewal is coming

The problem. An independent brokerage tracking policies across five carriers and four wholesalers in spreadsheets. Certificates of insurance were produced by hand in a word processor — and a client who needs a certificate needs it in the next ten minutes, not tomorrow.

What we built. A brokerage operating system: clients, policies, carriers and wholesalers as first-class records; renewal windows surfaced before they become emergencies; a certificate engine that generates a holder-specific COI from the policy record in one pass; and a client portal where the insured can pull their own documents.

Where it landed. Certificates went from a fifteen-minute retyping job to a form and a click, and no policy quietly lapses because nobody opened the right spreadsheet tab.
