Antarius — software studio

We build the software that working companies actually run on.

Not dashboards that look good in a pitch deck — the system of record. The place orders get placed, jobs get dispatched, certificates get issued, and invoices go out. We design it, build it, ship it, and stay on to run it with you.

What we build

Three kinds of system, one job: make the work go faster than the paperwork.

Most of our clients are companies of ten to a few hundred people running a real-world operation on a stack of spreadsheets, a legacy package nobody likes, and a lot of phone calls. We replace that with software shaped around how they already work.

Operating platforms

The system of record for a business that has to schedule people, quote work, and get paid.

  • Scheduling and dispatch
  • Quoting, jobs, invoicing
  • Document generation and audit trails
  • Roles, permissions, and approvals

Commerce & fulfillment

B2B storefronts that understand accounts, terms, and the warehouse behind them.

  • Catalog, SKUs, live availability
  • Account pricing and PO checkout
  • Drop-ship routing to suppliers
  • Order status back to the buyer

Customer-facing portals & apps

The part your customer touches — so your office stops being a call center.

  • Self-service portals
  • iOS apps built in Swift
  • Booking, documents, payment status
  • Notifications by email and SMS

How we work

Software that survives contact with the job site.

A dispatcher will not use a tool that takes eleven clicks to book a job. Our process is built around finding that out early, in the field, before it is expensive.

01

Ride along

We spend time with the people who will actually use the thing — the counter, the dispatch desk, the service manager. We map the real workflow, spreadsheets and sticky notes included.

02

Prototype the spine

One core workflow, end to end, working, in weeks — not a slide deck. You click it, break it, and tell us where it is wrong while changing it is still cheap.

03

Build and harden

Then the unglamorous half: roles and permissions, audit trails, integrations, tests, backups, and a deploy pipeline that does not need a person to babysit it.

04

Run it with you

We stay on after launch. Monitoring, support, and a steady queue of improvements, because the business keeps changing and the software has to keep up.

Selected work

Three builds you can click through right now.

Each case study ships with a working demo running in your browser and a narrated walkthrough that explains every screen — what it does, what happens underneath, and why it is built that way. Nothing is a screenshot.

How it is built

Boring technology, chosen on purpose.

We pick tools our clients can still hire for in five years. A typical Antarius build is a TypeScript service over PostgreSQL, a React front end, a native iOS app when the work happens away from a desk, and infrastructure simple enough that one engineer can explain the whole thing on a whiteboard.

What every build gets

  • Role-based access — the counter clerk and the owner do not see the same screen.
  • An audit trail — who changed what, when, and from where.
  • Documents that hold up — invoices, certificates, and POs generated from the record, not retyped.
  • Real integrations — accounting, payments, carriers, suppliers, messaging.
  • A migration plan — your existing data comes with you.
  • Handover documentation — you own the code and the deployment.

Tell us what your team is doing by hand.

That is usually where the project is. Send a couple of paragraphs about the workflow that hurts most and we will tell you honestly whether custom software is the right answer.
